In an exciting development, Win Transport, our X2 Cold Chain and X2 Critical expanded its footprint last December with the opening of a new branch in Carugate, the same city where their headquarters are located. The move signifies their commitment to furthering and enhancing their services in the region.
Upon the establishment of their new branch, the owners Costantino Cella and Samantha Tarantino embarked on designing the facility to optimize their inbound and outbound services, tailored to accommodate the anticipated volumes.
Specializing in dedicated and urgent logistic services, particularly in the transportation of general goods and bio & pharma products, their company focuses on serving clients predominantly during the research and development phase rather than merely distribution. Despite not prioritizing consolidated cargo, their service level remains unparalleled, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and effective communication.
A key development at their new branch is the integration of time-critical services with pharmaceutical logistics. This strategic move ensures that they are equipped to handle shipments requiring temperature control, adherence to strict transit times, and meticulous document verification. To support this initiative, their warehouse is equipped with facilities to store and condition passive packaging elements, sourced primarily from reputable manufacturers such as Pelibiothermal and Va-Q.
Their warehouse boasts three temperature-controlled zones, spanning ranges from -21°C to +23°C, where they meticulously store cooling panels necessary for maintaining product integrity during transit. Additionally, we maintain a comprehensive stock of packaging materials, including UN3373 sample packaging and Bio bottles for vials, ensuring they can cater to diverse client needs, including hazardous goods.
It is imperative to note that all their operations adhere strictly to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines, and they are proud to hold annual certification from Certiquality, ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015 standards. This certification underscores their unwavering commitment to quality and excellence in every facet of their operations.
