We are delighted to share a recap of the memorable moments from the X2 9th Annual Conference, held in Phuket, Thailand. This conference marked a special milestone for us as it was our first meeting with the new management and many new members. We had an impressive attendance of over 565+ freight forwarders from around the globe.
X2 REGISTRATION
The registration kicked off with a vibrant showcase of traditional Thai performance art for an immersive cultural experience. Delegates were treated to performances, providing a perfect conference backdrop for memorable photo opportunities and, refreshing free flow of beverages fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and excitement.
X2 WELCOME COCKTAIL
Dressed in national costumes, delegates from around the world gathered for a memorable welcome cocktail party. X2 delegates seized the opportunity to network and forge meaningful connections during the United Nations-themed event. The evening was enriched with spectacular dance and live band performances, accompanied by a delectable array of global cuisine. 1:1 MEETINGS OF X2 GLOBAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS
The heart of the event, 1:1 Meetings, provided a platform for fruitful connections and collaborations among 565+ freight forwarders across the globe. These meetings were more than just business transactions; they were opportunities to build new bridges, reignite old connections, and cultivate enduring friendships. X2 conferences aren't solely about conducting business; they're about the bonds that are formed and the relationships that endure long after the event concludes.
1:1 X2 SWIM UP MEETINGS
The swim-up meetings provided a refreshing setting for over 565 freight forwarders to connect and collaborate. As delegates cooled off in the pool, conversations flowed freely over beer, forging new partnerships and solidifying friendships. These gatherings embodied the essence of X2 conferences, where relationships thrive unforgettable ways.
X2 OLYMPICS
The X2 Olympics added a fun element to the conference, with freight forwarders competing in Beach Volleyball, World Cup Football, and Cricket. Participants ran, rolled over the sands, spiked, saved, and scored goals during the friendly tournament! It was truly an enjoyable morning and afternoon of sports before the 1:1 meetings.
