Balena Projects executed the import of a transformer and its parts to Port Newark, combining breakbulk and two 40' HC containers. Our scope included technical preparation, parts crating, crane-assisted unloading, main and parts trucking, transloading, and direct unloading.

By aligning multiple operations within tight timelines, we ensured safe handling and a seamless transfer from vessel to final destination. Every stage was carefully coordinated to maintain efficiency and reduce operational risk, ensuring the shipment moved smoothly through each phase.
