We’re excited to share a recap of the unforgettable moments from the X2 10th Annual Conference, held in Pattaya, Thailand. This year’s event was especially meaningful as it marked our first decade together. We proudly welcomed over 635 freight forwarders from around the world to celebrate this milestone with us.
X2 REGISTRATION
X2025 in Pattaya kicked off with a lively registration session, where delegates enjoyed a refreshing free flow of beverages, setting the tone for an atmosphere of camaraderie, energy, and excitement.
It was the perfect start to a memorable conference experience.
X2 WELCOME COCKTAIL
Dressed in national team jerseys and colors, delegates from around the world gathered beachside for a memorable World Cup-themed welcome cocktail party. X2 delegates embraced the spirited atmosphere, networking and building meaningful connections against the backdrop of ocean views and lively energy. The evening featured spectacular dance performances, a live band, and a delicious spread of international cuisine. 1:1 MEETINGS OF
X2 GLOBAL FREIGHT FORWARDERS
With a record-breaking 635 delegates in attendance, this year’s X2 Conference was our biggest one yet! At the heart of the event were the 1:1 Meetings, a hub of meaningful connections and global collaborations. These sessions went beyond business, sparking new partnerships, rekindling old ties, and building lasting friendships. X2 Conferences have always been more than just business. They’re about the people, the stories, and the relationships that live on long after the event ends.
X2 PRE CONFERENCE GOLF
Pre-Conference Golf, hosted by JKF, teed off the event with a perfect blend of sport, sunshine, and networking. Set against a stunning backdrop, delegates connected over friendly competition and shared laughs on the green. More than just a warm-up, the golf day set the tone for the days ahead relaxed, engaging, and full of camaraderie. A big thank you to JKF for making this energizing kickoff possible!

X2 OLYMPICS
The X2 Olympics added a fun and energetic finish to the conference, with freight forwarders competing in Beach Volleyball, World Cup Football, and Cricket. Participants ran, rolled over the sands, spiked, saved, and scored goals during the friendly tournament! It was a truly enjoyable afternoon of sports, coming right after the 1:1 meetings.

X2 Yoga by the beach offered a peaceful and refreshing escape from the buzz of the conference. With the sound of waves in the background and a cool breeze in the air, delegates took time to stretch, breathe, and recharge.
